  2. Without delay, we fashion our recruiting pitch for presentation to the client. This ensures that the outgoing message best represents the company, culture and opportunity.
  3. Within two weeks of initiating the assignment, our true understanding of the project is calibrated with the presentation of qualified candidates for client interview.
  4. Course corrections are made as needed... no time is wasted.
  5. It is important clients are comfortable with our progress and confident with our ability to deliver by the time we reach the 30-day milestone.
  6. Our end goal is to complete the assignment in 90 days or less.
